Provider retains all intellectual property rights in any and all materials and work product created or provided by Provider in connection with the Services, including but not limited to all designs, logos, and text on the Website. Clients shall not use any such materials or work product for any purpose other than its intended use pursuant to the Agreement.

Provider and Clients acknowledge that they may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the other party in connection with the provision and receipt of the Services. Both parties shall keep such information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Provider's liability to Clients for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or the provision of Services shall be limited to the fees paid by Clients to Provider under the Agreement. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or the provision of Services.

  1. Termination
